Yoga has been a part of Simone’s life for nearly ten years, and she has
used yoga to develop her self-esteem and become more self-aware as she
transitioned throughout adulthood. After moving from London to Singapore,
Simone’s yoga practice increased significantly as she embraced the
challenge of living in a new country and environment, it has become her
true passion. The benefits she witnessed with regular practice of yoga were
limitless, including becoming stronger mentally and physically as well as
flexible in both mind and body.
As she delved deeper into her yoga practice, she yearned to acquire more
knowledge and understanding, so she decided in 2016 to take the leap to
embark on a Yoga Teachers training course here in Singapore. Simone will
always be thankful to her teachers. It was possibly one of the best
decisions she has undertaken. In the classes she teaches today, she loves
to combine creative sequencing which are powerful, playful and heartfelt
moves designed to help deepen her students’ practice.
As yoga is a relationship that is built between the breath, the mind and the
body, she seeks to help others thrive in their daily lives by nurturing their
body, mind and soul.
